Thank you for your interest in contributing to STEM Pioneer. We are a platform for authentic voices in STEM, where effort and creativity matter as much as results. Your work may be featured in our curated magazine, showcasing your contributions to STEM education and innovation.

Length

600-1200 words in English. Submitted as a final PDF.

Images

1-3 original, high-resolution photos. You must own the full rights.

AI Use Policy

Light tools are OK for grammar. The core writing and ideas must be yours.

Author Bio

50-100 words covering your name, background, and interests.

What We're Looking For

Electronics, robotics, and AI applications

Applied science projects (physics, chemistry)

Engineering design and prototyping

Applied mathematics and data analysis

Educational insights and co-op reflections

Maker innovations and capstone projects

How to Submit

Contributor Checklist:

  1. Article File (PDF): Your finalized 600-1200 word manuscript.
  2. Image Folder (ZIP): 1-3 high-res photos (e.g., Figure1.jpg).
  3. Author Info: A separate doc with your bio (50-100 words).

Our editorial team reviews every submission. Due to high volume, we cannot guarantee acceptance.

We prioritize articles that align with our theme, demonstrate clear effort and creativity, and provide authentic, valuable insights to the STEM community.

Notification

If your article is selected, our team will contact you via email to discuss the next steps for editing and publication.

Note on Submission Type: This guide is primarily for our magazine's Article Section (e.g., insights, reflections).

If you have a large-scale project for a Project Feature, please contact us first before preparing a full manuscript.

Publishing Rights: By submitting your materials, you grant EIM Academy full publishing and promotional rights for your article and associated media across all print and digital platforms.
